Takpave Tactile Surface for Pedestrian Safety

A range of surface mounted rubber tiles providing Tactile Surfaces for the guidance of the visually impaired helping service providers achieve compliance with the disability discrimination act (DDA).

Pedestrian Takpave - A blister pattern indicates pedestrian crossing points.

Cycle Takpave - A ribbed pattern for segregated shared cycle track/footpaths.

Dash Takpave - A pattern of rounded bars, in the direction of travel, provide a guidance path surface around obstacles or between facilities.

Corduroy Takpave - A ribbed pattern warns of a hazard requiring caution, such as steps, a ramp or level crossing.

All tiles are 400mm square and available in various colours.

Adhesives can be supplied or recommended. Takpave should be solvent wiped before the adhesive is applied.
